"I welcome the opportunity to create a lasting memory of your favorite "family members" in my distinctive style for your home, office or even give as a gift to that special someone".
Commission a one-of-a-kind digital painting, either museum-wrapped (no frame) or with our signature "Float Frame" available in 5 beautiful finishes. My style is Contemporary-Realism and I paint from photos. My paintings are hand-painted from high resolution images, so my clients can be anywhere in the Continental United States. Requirements: I work from high resolution digital images that are mostly head shots (Portraits) of the animal or high- resolution digital images of the subjects in a "Companions" portrait. At least 80% of my finished painting are close-ups of the subject or subjects faces: see examples (here).
The minimum size preferred to use as reference is 8x10 at 150-300 dpi (dots per inch). Some phone camera images may be acceptable to work from if their image quality is sufficient to see the details I need to paint. I review all reference images in advance for quality/detail requirements. A professional photographer would be able to provide the required images if necessary. A consultation in person at our Sedona studio or via email or phone is included at no charge. Custom sizing is available by special order.
Additional Fees: Payment Requirements: 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve space and to start a painting. As part of the process, a "proof" image will be sent to you for approval before the final finishing process begins. Balance due upon "proof acceptance" plus any tax or shipping charges. You can pay directly from the invoice via my secure payment system (Square) with any listed credit card.
To begin, please complete the Contact Form (Here) and include as much information as possible to assist me in meeting your expectations, or if you have any questions, please email me at [email protected]
